Land cadaster became open to Ukrainians due to blockchain technologies

On October 3, the Ukrainian capital presented the updated version of the State Land Cadaster: it has integrated blockchain technology.

At the presentation, Oleksandr Ryzhenko, the Head of the State Agency for E-government, said that now every citizen of Ukraine can quickly and safely monitor their data in the register.

He also added that the technology was tested by auditors from Transparency International, and currently it is available for anyone.

Gleb Pavlenko, the Head of state projects at BitFury Group considered that soon the blockchain technologies will become more widely used in state systems and will become more accessible to a regular user.

The Memorandum on using blockchain technology for the state land cadaster was signed in June this year.
