Nataliya Drik – CEO at Blockchain Association of Ukraine. Has been a Project Manager at Crassula and AI Manager at Pandora Boxchain, as well as CEO at IDF Reforms Lab NGO. Curator and creator of projects at BlockchainHub Academy – a school of blockchain development.

Artem Afian – co-founder and Managing Partner at Juscutum. Member of the Expert Council under the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Informatization and Information Technologies. He is also the head of the Legal Committee of the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Ukraine.

Konstantin Yarmolenko – Founder and CEO of Virtual Assets of Ukraine and Blockchain4Ukraine NGO. Member of the Board at Bitcoin Foundation Ukraine. Has been an Advisor to the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Advisor to the Head of the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine.

Yehor Cherniev – People's Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Digital Transformation at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Head of the Subcommittee on Digital Economy, Innovative Development and Electronic Business. Yehor is also the Chairman of the Permanent Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

Oleksiy Zhmerenetsky – People's Deputy of Ukraine, Member of the Anti-Corruption Committee at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Chair of the Subcommittee on Anti-Corruption Policy in the Field of Digital Innovations and Public Data. Head of Blockchain4Ukraine.
